Source images and logos are processed locally in this browser and are not sent to an image-processing server. A watermark overlays visible content; it does not prevent copying or screenshots.

How to add a watermark to an image

  1. Choose your source imageSelect or drop a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. It is validated and opened in your browser.
  2. Choose text or a logoEnter text or upload a logo, then adjust its appearance and position. Position sliders also work with a keyboard.
  3. Preview and downloadReview the preview, choose a supported format, create the verified output, and download a separate copy.

The watermark is rendered into the downloaded image. It changes the pixels and does not create an invisible ownership mark or prevent reuse.

Watermark questions

Can I use a transparent logo?

Yes. PNG and WebP logos with transparency are supported. A JPG or other opaque logo is also accepted; its background remains visible in the watermark.

Does a watermark protect an image from being copied?

No. A visible overlay may identify an image, but it cannot prevent copying, screenshots, cropping, or other reuse.

Will my image be uploaded?

The watermark tool processes the selected image and logo in this browser and does not transmit them to an image-processing server. See the Privacy Policy for other website services.
